Not only is my soul set free by strong coffee but by sharing my passions in life. 

The BEGINNING 

I always felt lost until I realized that we are all connected through stories, lessons, success and failures. Vulnerability sets us free, courage gives us strength, bravery makes us bold. With my old ink pen in hand I will share my peaks and valleys with you. 

We can either sit on the sidelines or enter the arena of life. With dirt on my face and bruised knees I find purpose in getting lost. I'm willing to get dirty in the arena to be proof that you my friend are not alone. 

Setting my SOul Free

I give you my pain, my tears, my smiles, my joy, my courage, my weakness, my strength, my soul. I give you all of me so you too can be set free. Together we stand, connected we will be, my tribe; this is my story.
